While booking on line is a great convenience to all, it does have its drawbacks. Being situated in a severe weather area we are prone to power outages and as a result I cannot update our bookings. If you book during the power outage, I have no way of knowing. We do not want you to make a trip only to find that we are closed due the weather issues. Please check the weather before you leave.
If you suspect there may be a problem then call either 903-679-3020 or 903-601-2793 where there will be a message or a person to update you. We will always endeavor to inform you ahead of time but if the event happens during the night, that would be impossible. In the event of a weather issue you will always be refunded, however, it may not be until the power is restored.
